Communication
Keeping the channel between school and home clear and up to date
All communications can be done through school E-mail ID. In case of emergency, the parents can call the school on the telephone number provided by the school. Parents who wish to meet the Principal, (on days other than 'Open Days') should make a prior appointment.
Provide the valid residential address, phone number and e-mail ID to school. It is vital that the school can contact the parents or guardians immediately in case of emergency.
In case of any changes in the residential address, phone number and e-mail ID, channelize it to the office.
Transportation
Safe and reliable bus service connecting students from across the city
- School bus service is provided to all students.
- Parents may avail the bus facility for their ward as per existing rules and fares.
- Buses will not wait for the late comers in the boarding point.
- Small kids of nursery and primary classes are properly escorted, boarded and received personally at the boarding point.
- A responsible person from the school is on duty in every vehicle with a mobile phone to keep connectivity with the school office. Please note down the contact number of the respective bus in-charges from the school office.
- If a student is absent, it is the responsibility of the parent to inform the same to Driver/Aunt before 7:30 am.
- Bus fees will have to be remitted on or before 05th of every calendar month.
